Suspect wanted for questioning regarding ongoing probe

Maldives Police Service (MPS) has launched a manhunt for an individual wanted in connection with an ongoing probe.
The police institution in a publication made on Wednesday, revealed that the man is wanted in connection with a case being investigated by the Addu City Gan Police Station, presently.
The man is accused of possessing a dangerous weapon, damaging property and issuing death threats to another person.
Being sought is Mohamed Aidh Saeed, 24 and native to Feydhoo district of the southernmost city.
The public has been urged to contact the Gan Police Station through 9792058 if any information on the whereabouts of the suspect, is attained.
The institution took the opportunity to express gratitude to the public, for the support and assistance extended in such cases.
