MP for Kinbidhoo constituency Abdulla Riyaz has been summoned to the Maldives Police Service for questioning.

While he was initially ordered to present himself at 1 pm on Thursday, it was later postponed to 9 pm.

In addition to the Kinbidhoo MP, MPs for Hinnavaru and West-Maafannu constituencies, Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and Mohamed Falah have also been summoned to the police headquarters for questioning.

Falah was ordered to present himself at 3 pm on Thursday, while Solih was ordered to be there at 5 pm.

Speaking to RaajjeMV after leaving the police headquarters, MP Falah said that police had accused him of breaking police ranks near the parliament premises on July 24.
