First Lady Fazna Ahmed has visited the 'Vunadhaana Festival 2022’.
Dedicated for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the 'Vunadhaana Festival 2022' was opened in accordance with the incumbent administration’s pledge to promote SME development, on Thursday.
The festival is organized by the Business Center Corporation (BCC) and held as part of President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih’s administration’s efforts to create an enabling and inclusive business environment for promoting SMEs.
The first lady toured the multiple stalls set up at the exhibition and inquired about the products and services made available at the stalls, during the visit.
Through the exhibition, 60 SMEs will get the opportunity to showcase their products and services.
The exhibition was held at the Artificial Beach in Malé City from 4pm to 5pm on Wednesday. After a break it will proceed from 8pm to 11pm as well.
The exhibition also features information about the services offered by State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and BCC.
