Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has disclosed that the H.A. Dhihdhoo Harbor and Jetty Construction Project is well underway.
MTCC shared that the company had delivered the second shipment of precast concrete blocks required for quay wall construction on June 23, and that the installation work of the blocks are currently ongoing.
Dhihdhoo Harbor and Jetty Construction Project involve, dredging and excavation operations of 78,000cbm; construction of a 616m breakwater; a 185m revetment; a 326m quay wall; installation of 4,320sqm harbor pavement and installation of harbor lights.
The value of the project is MVR 69.8 million.
