Radisson Blu Resort Maldives has launched its concierge mobile application.

In a press release on Tuesday, the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) revealed that the resort launched its concierge mobile application, in turn making it easier for tourists to live their dream holiday in paradise.

MMPRC revealed that tourists can download the Radisson Blu Resort Maldives mobile application free of charges on both Apple Store and Google Play Store.

The resort also promises to expand their services and innovative features further, in a bid to deliver the best experience for their guests.

The application features contactless check-in and registration, ‘One Touch Service’ which is a live chat function through which queries can be attended immediately as well as the ‘Must-Do’ recommendations by the management such as floating breakfasts, signature spa treatments, sunset yoga at the pavilion, and the Whale Shark tour for an “adventure of a lifetime”.

Tourists will receive pop-up messages for important notifications from the app including last-minute promotions and reminders for events to assist guests make the most of their stay.

The “all-in-one” convenient app replaces traditional printed forms, room compendium, menus as well as notification letters and is developed in five different languages from around the globe.

Through the app, tourists can access all the information and make bookings for their favorite activities directly, before their arrival.

After arriving at the resort, guests may easily find their way around the island with the map function.

They can also browse the extensive menus from the resort’s spa and seven famed restaurants and bars, alongside browsing the activities scheduled at the resort.

The activities in question will be displayed as their personalized itinerary timetable and guests will have the opportunity to have a “paperless” overview of their bills.

Tourists can also book their next visit to the resort, via the newly introduced app.
