Coast Guard assists vessel that collided into Malé lighthouse
Officers had covered a dent caused in the vessel’s hull, and unflooded it at around 08:30 pm

The Malé Area Coast Guard has assisted the ‘Handy Hard 2’ that had collided with the recently constructed lighthouse to the South of the capital city.

Officers had covered a dent caused in the vessel’s hull, and unflooded it at around 08:30 pm.
However, the vessel had already managed to escape from being entrapped onto the edge of the lighthouse it had collided with at the time the officers unflooded it.
