Maldives will be promoted as a tourist destination in Russia at the Luxury Travel Mart 2021
Maldives has taken part in the Luxury Travel Mart being hosted in Moscow, Russia, a luxury travel event which markets top-tier products and services in the international travel and hospitality industries.
The fair will take place on 22 and 23 April 2021 in Moscow, the capital of Russia. The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) revealed that their purpose for participating in the fair is to maintain Maldives' popularity in the Russian market, and to keep advertising the island nation as a destination for travelers worldwide.
The fair will see networking take place between tour operators and others providing various services in the tourism sector in order to share information and market the Maldives as a tourist destination. MMPRC also revealed that Maldives would have the opportunity to market the country's signature features, experiences and products among others in the luxury travel trade.
In addition to this, MMPRC revealed that the fair would see Maldives be promoted further as a destination sponsorship in the fair. Under the sponsorship, images and branding from Maldives will be displayed at the fair's press wall, backdrop, charging station and other promotional material related to the Luxury Travel Mart Moscow Spring Edition 2021.
According to MMPRC, five-star hotels and resort businesses, tour operators, luxury travel agents and tourism sector investors will be in attendance at the luxury travel fair being held with the Maldives participation.
