National airline, Maldivian, has on Tuesday denied reports of cancellation of their flights
Noting that the false information is being spread via social media platforms, Maldivian described it as baseless.
The airline added that its team will inform customers of any changes to flights.
While a number of airport employees have tested positive for Covid-19, the national airline continues flight operations. In addition to scheduled flights, Maldivian has also assisted the government in various Covid-19 response efforts including repatriation exercises.
