Ooredoo Maldives has signed as the main partner for Travel Trade Maldives (TTM) 2020.
TTM 2020 is to be held virtually, from 24-26 November.
Acting Chief Commercial Officer Hussain Niyaz signed the agreement on behalf of the telecommunications provider on Saturday, while Chief Executive Officer of Orca Media Group, Dr. Hussain Sunny Umar, signed the agreement on the company’s behalf.
While Ooredoo Maldives said that this is part of its efforts to support and promote the country’s tourism industry, the company launched a destination marketing campaign earlier.
The Travel Trade Maldives fair aims to expand and advertise the tourism industry of the Maldives and acts as a convenient platform for international travel agents and the business community of the Maldives to intersect.
TTM is the leading international travel trade fair held in Maldives, and this will be its fourth edition.
While TTM 2020 was originally scheduled to be held in June, organizers had to postponed the event due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
