The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking interested parties to develop a building for clinics in capital Malé City’s suburban extension Hulhumalé.
In an announcement on Sunday, HDC revealed that bidding has been opened and that the bid winner will be responsible for the design, construction and management of the property until the lease period is over.
A plot of land measuring 7,760.77 square feet has been allocated for the development of the building.
HDC has noted the importance of such a facility being established in Hulhumalé as the population of the suburbs continues to grow steadily.
As such, the development proposal will allow the provision of a variety of services under one roof.
The deadline for submitting proposals is set at December 6.
