58 new Covid-19 cases have been reported in the Maldives on Friday.
According to the Health Protection Agency (HPA), the new cases include 39 Bangladeshis, 18 Maldivians and one Indian national.
This brings the country's total case count to 1,274.
Maldives confirmed a Covid-19 community spread on April 15. While over 100 have recovered, there have been four fatalities.
