HPA officials prepare to take samples for Covid-19 testing
An additional Covid-19 patient has recovered in the Maldives.
Dr. Ibrahim Afzal revealed this at Sunday night’s press conference at the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC).
Noting that an additional Covid-19 patient has recovered, the doctor said that this is Case 86.
Case 86 is a 31-year-old Maldivian man that belongs to the AMH cluster, according to the Health Ministry’s Covid-19 Dashboard. He tested positive for the virus on April 21.
With this development, a total of 30 patients have recovered from the virus since the discovery of the first cases on March 7.
