A call center has been established exclusively for those seeking services from the Job Center established by the Ministry of Economic Development.
The reveal was made by the ministry via Twitter late Sunday via a circular.
The circular reads that the Job Center has been receiving several cases in connection to employment after the people were urged to contact the center regarding their employment following the Covid-19 crisis.
However, the ministry has noticed that further assistance is required by some individuals in reporting cases and thus, an information form has been introduced to make things easier for those seeking assistance in connection to their jobs.
Those who wish to submit these forms are required to fill them out and forward them viae-mail.
The information forms have been made available through the ministry’swebsiteas well as the Job Center’swebsite.
In addition, individuals have been urged to reach out to the call center through 1475.
The call center will be open for services from 10am to 3pm through Sunday to Thursday.
