Seven additional cases of Covid-19 emerged in the Maldives capital, Malé City on Monday afternoon.
This was revealed during Monday afternoon’s press briefing at the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC).
This includes three more Maldivians and four additional Bangladeshi nationals who tested positive for Covid-19 in the capital.
15 Covid-19 cases have been confirmed thus far on Monday; nine Maldivians and two Bangladeshi and four Indian nationals.
A total of 17 cases were reported on Sunday alone.
