The Solih administration has conducted spot audits on 54 government offices under measures to improve public services based on the recommendations of the Cabinet.

According to the President's Office, spot audits were conducted in 54 public offices to identify challenges with service efficiency. The audit mainly focused on ascertaining the accessibility and efficacy of front office and main counter services of government institutions.

As such, the President's Office revealed that the audit found opportunities for further enhancements especially in the application of technological projects.

Disclosing that a detailed paper including recommendations for further development was shared with the Cabinet, the President's office stated that relevant state officials have begun working on the application of new guidelines as according to the Cabinet's decision on the matter.
