Bank of Maldives has announced the appointment of the bank's new Director of Customer Service, Gulnaz Mahir.
In a press statement released on Sunday, the country's national bank stated that Gulnaz holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, UK and has over 13 years’ experience in the field of customer experience management, digital transformation and revenue management.
Prior to her appointment, Gulnaz was Head of Customer Care at telecommunication company Ooredoo Maldives.
Tim Sawyer, CEO and Managing Director of Bank of Maldives stated that Gulnaz's appointment is part of the banks strategic efforts to enhance customer experience.
Bank of Maldives is the largest bank in the country with a 99% local staff base.
