Riham ‘Bobby’ Abdul Ghanee has returned back to his original football club, Club Eagles.

Bobby is the third player to sign onto Club Eagles this ongoing transfer season, the first two being a former foreign player for Nilandhoo, Toshiki Okomoto and former Foakaidhoo FC player Hassan Nazeem.

Alongside Bobby, a fair number of players have left Green Streets during the transfer market including one of the most celebrated football stars nationwide, Ali Ashfaq who returned to TC Sports Club and Gasim Samaam.

The players are to have left the team with the consent from coach Ali Suzain.

Bobby took his first steps into his football career through Club Eagles during 2017.

He left Club Eagles and Joined New Radiant SC during January 2018 and he also played for New Radiant during the AFC Cup 2018.

He was also a part of the National Football Team when Maldives thrashed Bhutan 7 – 0 during the Asian Cup Qualifications held in 2018, a spot he won for excellent performance in New Radiant.

Bobby also won Coach Suzain’s heart during the ongoing season, having secured a spot in the top 11 players of Green Street during his time playing for the team.

His first match since rejoining Eagles will be against TC Sports Club on Thursday.
