A workshop on corporate building construction and maintenance is currently being carried out in the capital, by Sri Lanka's HR development company.

The workshop began on Monday at the Mookai Hotel, and the closing ceremony is scheduled for October 8.

The workshop is directed at maintenance engineers, maintenance managers, and other industry professionals and is being conducted by seasoned industry experts.

Topics covered in the workshop include organizational losses incurred due to a lack of preventative maintenance, the latest maintenance managing techniques, and applications, and types of maintenance management.

State Trading Organization (STO), Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), and several resort companies are participating in the workshop.

According to Sri Lanka's HR development company, a second workshop will be held from October 8-9.
