Vice President Faisal Naseem has asked the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) "to ensure the expedited smooth delivery of projects without compromising the quality of its components.”
He said this during a meeting held with senior officials from MTCC, at the President’s Office on Sunday afternoon.
Inquiring on the progress of MTCC's various development projects, VP Naseem advised them “to ensure the expedited smooth delivery of projects without compromising the quality of its components.”
He also shared the government’s vision to improve the quality of services provided to the public with officials from the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).
Also at the meeting, the MTCC officials also assured him that MTCC “will ensure swift completion of projects and place monitoring mechanisms to ensure the quality of projects and services provided to the public.”
Furthermore, the VP encouraged companies and institutions to give back to society and highlighted that this is an obligation “whether through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes or other similar practices.”
MTCC revealed, on Saturday, that there has been an upsurge in profits since July after six-month downhill period.
