Applications have been opened to apply for membership on the Board of Directors of Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA).
The President’s Office opened for applications for the vacancy on Thursday.
The window for applications will close on 30 September, with the deadline set at 2pm.
Those interested may submit application forms, available for download from the President’s Office official website.
According to the Tax Administration Act, MIRA’s Board of Directors is made up of seven members including Commissioner General of Taxation and the Deputy Commissioner General of Taxation, for which applications were opened on Tuesday.
Members will be appointed by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih following approval from the People’s Majlis.
