Da Grande Amigos New Generation Sports Club loses opportunity to climb to the top spot in the Dhivehi Premier League, after drawing to TC Sports Club on Sunday.
Sunday night’s match concluded 1-1, with TC Sports Club taking the lead in the first half of the match.
The club’s international player and forward, Bimal Garti Magar scored the goal at the 36th minute.
While the first half ended with TC in the lead, Da Grande equalized the game shortly after the second half began, following a penalty shot at the 58th minute.
Both teams got numerous opportunities to score and take the lead, but failed to do so.

With this result, Da Grande is in second spot of the table with 13 points, while Maziya Sports and Recreation Club is at the top with 14 points.
