The government and private sector must work together in providing for citizens’ needs, says Vice President Faisal Naseem.

VP Naseem said this while speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Dr. Didi Dental and Medical Centre in the capital’s suburban district, Hulhumalé, on Wednesday.

There, he reiterated the high priority committed by the current administration “to promote public health,” adding that it will continue to undertake several initiatives to significantly develop the health sector in the coming months and years.

Naseem also noted several “invaluable” contributions made by Dr. Didi, to the medical field.

Furthermore, the vice president stated that “the physical size of the structure from where services are rendered is inconsequential to public opinion and that the most important element is the quality of services provided.”
