Travel Trade Maldives (TTM) began its travel summit at Bandos Island Resort on Tuesday.

More than 200 participants are at the invitation-only summit, which brings together professionals in the Maldives tourism industry.

Thoyyib Mohamed, Managing Director of Maldives Marketing & Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), launched the summit on Tuesday and delivered a presentation, as did Professor Hassan Ugail, a renowned Maldivian computer scientist.

This year’s summit focuses on Travel Technology and Analytics and will help those in the industry discover the latest innovations, products and suppliers and generate new business from a range of industry experts from some leading travel businesses across the globe.

This summit will focus on topics including automation of travel analytics, marketing analytics, travel technology, revenue management and payment transactions.

The summit will conclude on Thursday.
