President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has formed the Maldives Fund Management.
Maldives Fund Management is a 100% state-owned company formed by the President on Wednesday, according to Article 95 of The Companies Act.
The company is tasked with facilitating a better financial structure for investors and international markets and increasing investment in the country by attracting foreign investors through easier procedures.
The purpose of the company is to help fulfill the development goals and increase investments to the private sector as well as manage risks.
