The Ministry of Health has signed an MoU with TÜV SÜD PSB, a Singaporean company, to seek analytical services.
Ambassador Dr. Abdulla Mausoom signed the agreement at the Maldivian embassy in Singapore on Friday.
The agreement was signed as part of the government’s 100-day pledge to provide safe and quality medical services.

As part of the MoU, the company will assist the Maldives national health laboratory in conducting tests on medicine and food.
TÜV SÜD is an established and internationally recognized service provider that specializes in testing, auditing, certification, training, and knowledge services.
The company is represented by more than 24,000 employees across 1000 locations worldwide, and holds accreditations in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
