Health centres in Velidhoo, Hinnavaru to be made hospitals

The health centres in Hinnavaru of Lhaviyani atoll and Velidhoo of Noonu atoll are to be developed into hospitals, the Ministry of Health has said.
The ministry said that the projects have been opened for public tender, and the ministry began accepting bill of quantities and other documents on 5th March, 2018.
While initial drawings for the buildings are complete, a project to develop the hospitals in Eydhafushi of Baa atoll and Kudahuvadhoo of Dhaal atoll.
The project will see private admission rooms established at the hospitals.
