MDP to launch parliamentary campaign on Friday night

Ruling Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) will be launching their campaign for the parliamentary election on Friday night.
The campaign launching event will be held at the Carnival area at 9pm.
The candidates who won the MDP primary election will be given their party tickets at the event.
This is the largest event the MDP will be organizing since the inauguration of the new government.
The ruling party will be contesting 86 seats in April’s parliamentary election, which are all the constituencies except Faafu Nilandhoo.
Ahmed Shahid has been appointed as the campaign manager.
