The Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB) has on Monday appointed a Managing Director to Maldives Integrated Tourism Development Corporation (MITDC).
Appointed is Mohamed Raaid, native to capital city Male’.
Established during the administration of former President Abdulla Yameen, MITDC invests in medium level tourism businesses.
While the PCB appoints board members to state companies, nominees are forwarded by incumbent President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.

The position of MD at MITDC was previously filled by Mohamed Shahid.
Moreover, PCB also appointed members to the board of state broadcaster Public Service Media (PSM), state utilities company FENAKA Corporation, Post Limited as well as Maldive Gas.
