Ibrahim Mohamed Solih will be sworn-in on Saturday evening

Sunday, the day after President-elect Ibrahim Mohamed Solih’s inauguration ceremony, is to be declared a holiday.

A reliable source told RaajjeMV that Solih will make the announcement after being sworn-in as President.

His office has also announced a sports festival to be held on Sunday and Monday, which is open to Male’ residents of all ages.

Tuesday is also a holiday for the occasion of Mawlid al-Nabi al-Sharif, the observance of the birthday of prophet Muhammad.
