New Radiant Sports Club (NRSC)’s head coach, Oscar Bruzon has said that both their next matches against India’s Bengaluru FC in AFC Cup, ‘are important’.

Bruzon said this at a press conference on Tuesday, hours before their match against Bengaluru FC, adding that this is because ‘both teams have the same amount of points and goals’. He also noted that a good performance against them is vital to qualify to the next round of the competition.

With six points each, both teams are looking to secure the top spot in Group E.

NRSC has won their last 22 matches, since Bruzon took over the team eight months ago.

Praising the team’s ‘strength’, he said that he hopes to continue their winning streak.

New Radiant Sports Club flew to India over the weekend.

Founded in 2013, Bengaluru FC is known as one of the giants in South Asian football, and had competed in the finals of the AFC Cup in 2016.
