Saeed previously noted that although he had been arrested between 25 and 30 times over the past 18 months, he was typically released within a week at most. He emphasized that his repeated arrests provided no solace to his family. Consequently, he stated that the family has no intention of ending their ongoing hunger strike.
While Saeed continued his vocal protest, the individual identified as Faris was taken into police custody on Saturday.
