Furthermore, he expressed his confidence in receiving the full cooperation of all members in achieving these goals.

In his remarks, Mayor Azim highlighted that the council's primary objective for the upcoming term is to elevate the standard of public services. He emphasized that providing swift and efficient services to the citizens remains a key strategic priority for the council.

As we move forward, our primary objective is to enhance the quality of public services and ensure they are delivered swiftly and effectively. Today, citizens demand seamless, timely, and transparent access to services. To meet these expectations, it is essential that we leverage digital tools and resources.

Furthermore, highlighting the importance of human resource development within the council, the Mayor stated that while infrastructure, systems, and technology are vital assets, effective public service cannot be delivered through these resources without a dedicated workforce.

Buildings, systems, and technology are essential resources. However, without a dedicated workforce, these tools alone cannot deliver services to the public. Behind every successful institution is its staff. Undoubtedly, the most valuable asset of any organization is its employees.

Mayor Azim assured that providing employees with the required training would guarantee faster and more comprehensive service delivery.
