Male' City Council announces results for Quran and Madhaha competition featuring grand cash prizes
The Male' City Council has concluded its Quran and Madhaha Competition for the year 1447, which featured participants across six age categories and awarded substantial cash prizes to the top-performing students.

The results of the Male' City Council Quran and Madhaha Competition 1447 have been announced, with prizes awarded to the winning students.
The Quran competition featured two main categories—recitation from memory and recitation from the book—with each category divided into six age groups. Similarly, the Madaha (religious song) competition was organized across six age divisions. These age groups included under-6, under-9, under-11, under-13, under-16, and under-19.
Prizes were awarded separately for the Junior and Senior categories in both the Recitation and Memorization segments of the Quran competition. Similarly, top winners were selected from the Junior and Senior categories of the Madhaha (religious song) competition. The winners were awarded cash prizes, with MVR 50,000 for first place, MVR 25,000 for second place, and MVR 10,000 for third place. Additionally, those who secured fourth and fifth places received MVR 7,000 and MVR 5,000, respectively.
