The Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) has met with the police to discuss the march scheduled to take place on April 3.
The MDP met with the police on Tuesday to discuss the march scheduled for April 3rd to conclude the campaign for the Local Council and Women's Development Committee elections, which are set to take place on April 4th.
Following the meeting, Ibrahim Nazil, the leader of the MDP Parliamentary Group, stated that the police have provided assurances of their full cooperation for the upcoming march. Nazil further noted that discussions were held regarding the designated route for the march and other logistical arrangements.
Furthermore, the MDP held discussions with the police regarding the march scheduled for April 3rd, the events of that evening, and the logistical arrangements for election day.
