The Bank of Maldives (BML) has launched its new campaign, “Dhiveheenge bank - Mulhi Raajje ah”, which translates as “Bank of Maldivians - for the entire Maldives”, reinforcing its commitment to national development and financial inclusion.

The campaign was inaugurated on Wednesday by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu at a ceremony held in the capital, Malé City.

The initiative aims to highlight and expand BML’s role in supporting the Maldivian economy and improving access to financial services across the country.

The country’s national bank emphasized that the campaign reflects its founding purpose, to function not only as a commercial bank but also as a key partner in the nation’s economic growth.

As part of the event, BML also announced the successful completion of its “Mulhi Raajje ah BML ATM” project, a milestone initiative ensuring access to essential banking services on every inhabited island. The final phase of the project will be marked by the opening of a new ATM in Addu Meedhoo during President Muizzu’s upcoming visit on November 4.
