BML unveils Self Service Banking ATM in AA. Maalhos. 19.08.2025
The Bank of Maldives (BML) has officially launched ATM services in AA. Maalhos, marking a significant milestone in its nationwide “Mulhi Raajje ah BML ATM” initiative. With this latest installation, every inhabited island in AA. Atoll now has access to ATM services.
The inauguration ceremony was held in Maalhos on Tuesday and was attended by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, government ministers, BML Chairperson Ahmed Ali Habeeb, CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef, members of the Board of Directors, as well as senior bank officials.

The country’s national bank continues to lead the country’s financial sector with a robust network of 41 branches across all 20 atolls, 144 Self-Service Banking Centers, 200 ATMs, a wide-reaching Agent Banking network, and state-of-the-art digital banking services.
