Agreement signed to offer residency through investment in Maldives

Taking to social media platform ‘X’ on Wednesday, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Mohamed Saeed revealed that a landmark agreement has been signed with Henley & Partners to launch the Maldives’ first-ever Residence by Investment Program.

Saeed asserted that this strategic collaboration will boost investor confidence, enhance the Maldives’ global reputation, and open new pathways for economic diversification under President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s Vision 2040.

Further, Saeed went on to note that Henley & Partners’ global expertise and proven track record will help attract reputable investors to the Maldives, positioning the island nation as a trusted, resilient, and future-ready economy.
