The Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has commenced breakwater profiling works for Ha. Muraidhoo Harbor Development Project.

MTCC revealed that the company is currently doing bed preparation works. As such, 55 percent of this work is now completed.

Under the project, MTCC has so far completed new harbor basin dredging operations of 28,101cbm, construction of a 224m quay wall, installation of 1,933sqm harbor pavement, construction of a ramp and installation of streetlights.

The value of the project is MVR 34.28 million.
