The Bank of Maldives has launched an exciting new promotion for Mastercard holders.

The country’s national bank issued a statement on Wednesday, announcing their new promotion for Mastercard holders to win an “all-inclusive” trip for two to watch the UEFA Champions League final in Istanbul, Turkey.

The bank revealed that customers who use Mastercard for local and international transactions from April 12 to May 9 will be eligible for the promotion.

Under the promotion, BML will be including accommodation for three nights and four days, return tickets for two, tickets to the UEFA Champions Final match as well as pocket money and dedicated concierge services.

The promotion period is set through May 9.

The country’s national bank has also set terms and conditions for the promotion, including disallowing BML employees and their immediate family members from being eligible for the promotion.

Other terms note that each successful local and international transaction made using Mastercard debit and credit cards during the promotion period will be eligible for the promotion and be automatically entered into a lucky draw as well as selecting a grand winner at the end of the promotion period, through a lucky draw.

BML stressed that in case they’re unable to contact the grand winner within two days after the lucky draw and if it is already published on BML’s website, the bank has the right to forfeit the draw and select another winner.

Mastercard holders who do not wish to participate in the promotion have been requested to notify the bank in writing to be excluded from the promotion.

The UEFA Champions League is officially sponsored by Mastercard of which BML is a principal member in the Maldives.

BML issues Mastercard debit, credit and prepaid cards across the archipelago nation.
