BML Board of Directors passes to disburse MVR 20 per share

Board of Directors at Bank of Maldives (BML) has passed to disburse MVR 20 per share.
A statement released by the Bank stated that the Bank will disburse MVR 107.6 million as share earnings, at the rate of MVR 20 per share.
The amount is an increase of 18 percent compared to the figure of the previous year.
Last year, BML distributed MVR 91.4 million as earnings, at a rate of MVR 17 per share.
Last year, BML earned MVR 1.03 billion in profits, an increase of 56 percent compared to the previous year.
Last quarter the Bank earned MVR 528 as earnings, with the total for the year hitting MVR 2 billion.
