FL to take part in the International Older Persons Day festivities
The First Lady is scheduled to conclude her visit and return to Malé on Saturday
First Lady Fazna Ahmed
First Lady Fazna Ahmed has departed to Fuvahmulah City on Wednesday.
President's Office disclosed that the First Lady travelled to Fuvahmulah City to participate in the festivities of International Older Persons Day.
As such, First Lady Fazna is scheduled to participate in various activities organized to celebrate the day.
The activities are organized jointly by the Ministry of Gender, Family and Social Services, the Maldives Pension Administration Office, the Maldives Police Service and the Fuvahmulah City Council.
The theme for the United Nations International Day of Older Persons in 2022 is “Resilience of Older Persons in a Changing World.”
The First Lady is scheduled to conclude her visit and return to Malé on Saturday.
