First Lady meets with the spouse of the President-elect
First Lady Fazna Ahmed has met with spouse of President-elect Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, Sajidha Mohamed.
The meeting was held at the official residence of the president, Mulee’aage, on Monday.
The meeting saw FL Fazna extending her congratulations to the incoming First Lady on the election victory of her husband, Dr. Muizzu in the 2023 Presidential Race.
Assuring her dedication to facilitate a smooth transition of the government, to the incoming administration, FL Fazna also shed light on her insights during her tenure as first lady and pledged to offer her full support and assistance to the incoming first lady.
FL Fazna and Sajidha went on to express their shared passion to upgrade the island nation’s social sector.
Extensive discussions were also held on multiple social issues.
FL Fazna and wife of the president-elect also shed light on the significance of combined efforts to develop agreeable solutions.
