Foreign players of Buru Sports Club officially joins the club

Buru Sports Club competing in the Second Division Football tournament of Maldives has officially welcomed their foreign players to the team.

The signing ceremony of the foreign players were held at the Depublic Cafe' on Tuesday. The ceremony also saw, the club handing over the jerseys to the players.

Buru Sports Club was the champion of the Third Division Football tournament of 2021. For the Second Division Football tournament of 2022, the club welcomed four foreign players; Serbian striker Stefan Duric, Egyptian midfielder Ahmed Mohamed Gaballa Mohamed, Brazilian defender Bruno Arabell Pasemani and midfielder from Uzbekistan, Mirjalol Kasimov Kenzhayevich.

Eleven players of Buru Sports Club were players who competed in previous First Division tournaments. Additionally, fiver are players who has experience of the Second Division tournaments.

Buru Sports Club also has the player named as the best of 2021 Third Division Football tournament Mohamed Thasneem (Thahthi).

The Second Division Football tournament of Maldives commenced on Wednesday.
