There's hope that cooperation with Burundi will continue to thrive: FM Shahid

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives, Abdulla Shahid has stated that there is hope that cooperation with Burundi will continue to thrive.

Minister Shahid stated this in his message of felicitation to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation of Burundi, Albert Shingiro, on the occasion of their 60th Independence Day.

Minister Shahid expressed sincere felicitations and best wishes to the Minister, the Government, and the people of Burundi on the occasion of their 60th Independence Day.

He stated that it is his earnest hope that the friendly ties between our two countries, as well as our cooperation at the bilateral and the multilateral front will continue to thrive.

The Minister concluded his message by conveying assurances of his highest consideration.
