Members of the management teams of Noonu Atoll healthcare facilities have highlighted the positive developments in the healthcare sector led by President Solih and his administration.
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on Sunday met with the senior management teams of healthcare facilities in the Noonu Atoll.
The meeting was held at the at the Secretariat of N. Holhudhoo Island and focused on ways to address the challenges to ensure quality healthcare services in the region.
At the meeting, members of the management teams shared with the President their most pressing challenges, including budget constraints and a shortage of human resources, and discussed ways to improve healthcare services in the atoll further.
Speaking with them, President Solih stated that the administration aims to authorize healthcare facilities to manage their own budget and finances. He also said that the administration would work towards seeking amicable solutions to the concerns raised at the meeting.
