Additional Secretary of Ministry of External Affairs of India, Mr. Prabhat Kumar paid a courtesy call on Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Khaleel.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Wednesday.
State Minister Khaleel welcomed Additional Secretary Mr. Prabhat Kumar and his delegation.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed that discussions were held on the progress of the many development projects being implemented in the Maldives under the Indian grant and loan schemes, during the meeting. Discussions were also held on avenues to further intensify development cooperation and enhance Maldives-India partnership.
Additional Secretary, Mr. Prabhat Kumar is in charge of the Development Partnership Administration Divisions that cover Line of Credit projects, capacity building, large grant projects at the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
The State Minister was accompanied by Secretary Multilateral, Dr. Hala Hameed, Director, Umaira Mohamed, and Assistant Director, Aishath Shahula at the meeting.
