Vice President Faisal Naseem has urged the members of the youth community to put in their best efforts to pursue a career path earlier in life, to serve the nation to the fullest.

He made this appeal at the 'Colours Awards 2019-2020' ceremony held on Thursday night.

As such, taking the podium at the ceremony, VP Naseem stated that the breakfast program initiated by the incumbent administration had been successful and assisted students, vastly.

With this being said, the vice president noted that the incumbent administration places high priority in the physical and mental well-being of students.

Further, the vice president also noted that being active in sports as a student early on had helped him to better understand life and that the lessons learned during that time proved to be useful later in life.

Shedding light on the importance and benefits of exercise, VP Naseem stated that it is important for students to maintain an active lifestyle.

The ceremony saw trophies and certificates conferred to the winners of the Colours Awards 2019-2020.

Introduced by the Ministry of Education, the Colours Award aims to recognize and acknowledge the achievement of students, in sports.
