Vice President Faisal Naseem departed to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), late Sunday night.
President's Office says that the VP left to Dubai on a four-day official visit, to take part in the World Government Summit 2022.
During his visit, VP Naseem is scheduled to sign a Memorandum of Understanding and meet senior officials from UAE and other participating countries .
This year’s World Government Summit platform would envision and design the future of a post-pandemic era in different domains.
The summit would bring together worldwide thought leaders, global experts, and decision makers in an effort to exchange ideas and contribute to developmental policies and models that would be critical in defining future governments.
VP Naseem is set to conclude his visit and return to the Maldives on Thursday,
