Further, the announcement reads that BML will be providing services at their self-service banking centers for deposits, withdrawing and transfers on a round-the-clock basis. Internet and online services will also be provided 24/7.

Customers acquiring online token services may request for tokens for BML services in the capital city through the Queue Bee app and check updates of their queue position before visiting the centers.

BML went on to reveal that their account opening center, loan center and business centers will provide services via pre-booked appointments, for which customers are required to visit BML’s website for bookings.

The country’s national bank has urged customers to stick to banking from home through internet banking and mobile applications for daily services at a time the country is locked in a battle with the global Covid-19 pandemic.

BML brings changes to their official hours for the fasting month each year, and this year, BML revealed that their service hours will be shorter than usual. However, BML affirms that their call centers will be available for inquiries on a round-the-clock basis for customers.
