An additional nine people have tested positive for Covid-19 from Maldives capital.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that these are four Maldivians and five Bangladeshi nationals.
They are being transferred to an isolation facility.
The number of confirmed cases since the community spread was discovered on April 15;

- Five cases on 17 April
- Seven cases on 18 April
- 17 cases on 19 April
- 15 cases on 20 April
- 17 cases on 21 April
- Two cases on 22 April
